The Educational Testing Management Center (BP3) was formed to improve the management of testing in the education sector that is credible, fair, transparent, flexible, efficient, and accountable, through Permendikbudristek No. 44 of 2022
Challenge
The challenge faced by BP3, a national level institution with 500,000 users, was to quickly and efficiently migrate its critical examination application to a cloud platform that could handle auto-scaling and ensure seamless operation. Prior to the migration, Elitery had been managing BP3’s main system through on-premise data centers.
Solution
In supporting the project, Elitery migrated their infrastructure to Google Cloud as their main technology services of cloud computing to manage the customer’s on premise infrastructure.
Results
Elitery successfully migrated customer’s on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud using hybrid cloud solution, resulting in a smooth and efficient registration process with the capability to handle over 500,000 concurrent users. The successful implementation of hybrid cloud technology has ensured that traditional applications run without any issues.
Elitery successfully migrated BP3’s critical application to Google Cloud and improved the availability and scalability of the application to be ready for giving individual access from any point of internet coverage.
