The Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendagri RI) as a regional supervisor collaborates with the National Standardization Agency (BSN) on the maturity level of an urban digitally with the indicator SNI ISO 37122: 2019 Urban and Sustainable Communities – Indicators for Smart Cities that focus on 6 service matters basic obligations, namely: education, health, social, public housing and residential areas, public works and spatial planning, and peace, public order, and community protection as well as other affairs in accordance with the competitiveness of the Regional Government.

Elitery collaborates with partners to make the RE-TIKET application (Electronic Rating – Maturity Level of Cities and Urban Areas). The app is hosted on Google Cloud with an autoscaling model.
Results
The Ministry of Home Affairs now has an application to assess the maturity level of Smart City. This application is scalable thanks to the use of Cloud infrastructure so that it is more efficient and scalability can be maintained as needed when accessed by several provinces, cities, and districts. It is hoped that this assessment will provide an overview of the district and city level baselines in fulfilling public services, and by knowing this baseline point, districts/cities can formulate the direction of their development..
