About BAPPEDA Tuban
The Regional Development Research and Development Planning Agency (Bappeda Tuban) has the task of carrying out the functions of supporting government affairs in the planning sector and supporting government affairs in the research and development sector. Bappeda reports directly to the Governor/Regent/Mayor through the Regional Secretary.
Challenge
Bappeda Tuban has an application of Data and Information Analysis of Regional Development Planning which is developed by the Tuban District Communication and Information Agency. The challenge of this project is collaborating between Elitery and Bappeda in migrating the existing application. There are hundreds of pieces of data that need to be analyzed on a daily basis so Elitery has to be able to provide a reliable IT infrastructure that supports the application.
Solution
Elitery has the ability to integrate and provide cloud infrastructure services from AWS to support the application of Data and Information Analysis of Regional Development Planning. This collaboration successfully supports the Bappeda Tuban in accommodating 100,000 API Gateways per month through AWS cloud infrastructure and provides various AWS services including data storage to ensure the processed data can be stored safely.
Results & Benefits
The application of Data and Information Analysis of Regional Development Planning which has been supported by AWS Cloud services is running well. This application improvement has successfully supported many users from Bappeda Tuban agency employees in carrying out their duties and functions to analyze and provide information on regional development planning.
