Thus, each main system within the Central Java government will eventually utilize DRC.

Testimony from Dapen BI on Elitery’s Elicovery Disaster Recovery as a Service

Webinar Disaster Recovery

The next session was a discussion between Mr. Dhemil Hikmi, a Solution Architect at Elitery, and Mr. Muhammad Bahesti, the Head of IT Team at Dapen BI. Here, Mr. Bahesti explained the reasons or triggers for Dapen BI needing a Disaster Recovery as a Service solution.

One of the reasons is the regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 4/POJK.05/2021, which requires the implementation of a DRC in financial institutions. Dapen BI officially chose the Elicovery DRC solution and service because it meets several requirements such as an SLA of around 99%, adequate infrastructure, the type of replication tools, data security, proactive communication and 24×7/365 support services to avoid the risk of downtime.
